Each of our strength classes are focused workouts designed to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall physical strength. It typically incorporates resistance training with weights, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements such as, deadlifts, presses, squats and Olympic lifting techniques.

Endurance classes focus on building stamina and cardiovascular fitness through longer, sustained cardio sessions. This high-intensity workout combines extended running with erg exercises like rowing, ski-erg, and bike-erg to push your endurance to the limit.
